Description

Deep intense ruby red in colour. Dark fruit jam, blackberries, liquorice and dark chocolate. The
palate is dense, full bodied and chock full of red fruit and leather with a soft velvety finish.
The wine has extraordinary depth and length of flavour. The structure is balanced for ease of
drinking when young but will stay strong over 15 years.

DRINK WITH
We suggest pairing with grilled scotch fillet, or sausages, or hearty
vegetables that have a nice char from the grill.
