Description
Medium to deep ruby in colour. Distinctly Bordeaux style, fruit driven,
earthy herbaceous aromas, stand out notes of blackcurrant honey and
maple syrup. The palate is sophisticatedly youthful. Loaded with
blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant and plum, richer notes of tobacco
and chocolate to finish. Medium to full bodied, with the Cabernet Sauvignon
giving excellent tannin structure. This wine has age beyond its years
and will continue to develop and mature over time.
DRINK WITH
We suggest pairing with a roast lamb with veg, a cheese platter with a
perfect creamy brei, spiced pair and vanilla cream.
