Description
Bright, crystal like clarity in the glass. Highlights of
apple and orange blossom on the nose. Clean, crisp, citrus
notes of lemon and lime burst onto the palette with delicate
floral undertones of elderflower. A concentration of crunchy,
shale like acid, gives excellent structure and form to
the finish. An exciting wine that will brighten any mood.

We suggest pairing with roast pork during the cooler months and
chilli and lime crab during the warmer months.
